Briana Holmes is a strategic marketing and community engagement leader known for bringing people together through experiences that spark connection, collaboration, and opportunity. She currently serves as the Head of Global Community Operations at Randstad Digital powered by Torc, where she leads initiatives that build and nurture a global developer community and create pathways for talent engagement, career growth, and industry collaboration. She also serves as the Marketing Director for RenderATL, one of the world’s largest software engineering conferences. Through her leadership, RenderATL has grown into a global gathering for developers, founders, and technology leaders while contributing more than $55 million in economic impact to the city of Atlanta. Briana is also the Co-Founder of The Network of Atlanta, a thriving social and professional community that connects young professionals through social, educational, service, and fitness experiences. What began as a small gathering has grown into a network of more than 30,000 members across the city. Through this community, Briana has personally organized and hosted more than 100 events designed to help people build meaningful relationships, explore Atlanta, and strengthen their sense of belonging in the city.
